Sending to Mailchimp or Klaviyo
This page explains how Ramsys automatically syncs CRM contacts to MailChimp or Klaviyo, removing the need for manual exports.
Email marketing tools like MailChimp and Klaviyo are commonly used to stay in touch with online customers. However, without connecting them to Ramsys, your in-store customers may miss out on timely and relevant communication.
While you can manually export your CRM members, the MailChimp / Klaviyo synchronisation makes this process fully automatic. Any new CRM contact created in Ramsys will be synced to your chosen email marketing tool.

What gets synced:
When a CRM contact is created in Ramsys, the following fields are sent to MailChimp or Klaviyo (if available and filled):
- First name
- Surname
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Street Address
- City
- Postal Code
- Store code where the CRM contact was created
This seamless integration means you no longer need to manually export contacts to build your email audience. You can easily launch welcome series campaigns for all new customers – whether they shopped online or in-store and maintain consistent customer communication across all sales channels.
Targeting based on behaviour
If you want to send campaigns to specific customers based on their purchases or behaviour, use Ramsys to create filtered lists. You can then label these contacts in MailChimp or Klaviyo.
Because Ramsys is your master source – holding both in-store and online customer data – all filtering and selection should be done directly in Ramsys before sending to your marketing tool.
